Vermont Tint Law

image272

The State Of Vermont does not allow you to have tint on the driver and passenger front windows and nothing on the front windshield below the as-1 line.  Having front window tint would normally get you rejected by Vt state inspection as well until just recently. Now your vehicle will pass inspection with the front window tint but it is still considered illegal In VT. In order to legally have front window tint you must get a medical exemption permit issued by the DMV.
